Michele Caldwell began Houston Web Design and Hosting in 2015. Before that, she served as head of technical operations for a mid-sized digital marketing firm in The Woodlands, TX for 10 years where she built over 400 websites and provided web development, website and email hosting, and ongoing website maintenance. Michele is well known for friendly customer service, taking the time to explain the process and making it enjoyable for clients.
Michele has proven abilities in pay-per-click advertising, social media marketing, HTML email through Constant Contact and Mail Chimp, domain registration, DNS issues, and of course website development.
Originally from St. Louis, MO, Michele has been a technical resource to many people in Northwest Houston for almost 25 years. All her adult life, she's been the person her friends and family call for advice or help with all things "tech." She takes pride in being a generalist (jack of all trades) and a known problem solver with a knack for figuring out technology, usually without reading a manual.

Stephanie Burgard is a senior project manager with over 20 years of experience in software project management. She is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of website projects, from conception to launch. Stephanie has a proven track record of success in managing complex projects on time and within budget. She is also an expert in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned.
Stephanie is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong attention to quality. She is also a highly effective communicator and is able to build strong relationships with clients and team members. Stephanie is passionate about website development and is always looking for new ways to improve the process. She is also a strong advocate for user experience and is committed to creating websites that are both functional and user-friendly.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, tennis, and traveling.

Ted Reade
Creative Director
Ted earned his BFA in Advertising Creativity from Southern Methodist University. He has decades of experience in advertising, graphic design, digital marketing, web design, client relations and account management. Over this time he has worked with small, medium and large advertising agencies, marketing firms and retail clients.
Ted has been involved in design, development and production of print and digital advertising campaigns and websites, including newspaper, magazine, outdoor, online and specialty advertising as well as direct mail for well known global brands including Coca Cola, American Honda, MCI, Sprint, American Airlines, Holiday Inn, Pizza Hut and many more.
Reade has worked with some of the largest ad agencies in Texas. He is extremely proficient at developing eye-catching content that grabs attention and stands out. In addition to his well developed art direction skills, he is a campaign creator, which means he has the ability to see beyond the aesthetics of his design and to the potential impact the ad will have on its audience. Ted is also an accomplished copywriter and photographer.
